This is fantastic. The beauty and rhythmic dancing of both Katherine Dunham and a young Eartha Kitt (in her film debut...a prelude of things to come for her), is so appealing to me. Katherine at 39 yrs old and a 21 yr old Eartha demonstrating their craft at different stages, with Katherine applying years of experience in dance with her trademark womanly glow and corresponding moods with the routines performed, and Eartha using the Dunham technique to her advantage as an up-and-coming dancer (she joined the Dunham troupe in 1945 at 18). Now, those were WOMEN OF CLASS. May they R.I.P., Power, and Beauty.
